Are the live training events included in my membership recorded? Will I be able to catch replays?
There are multiple lives inside the Elite Suite on a monthly basis and you can catch all of them in 3 different way:
- LIVE inside the Elite Suite Facebook group (CC),
- On replay in the Guides section of that members-only Facebook group,
- And on the Official Elite Suite App.
We encourage you to be there live as the coaching happens, but we know life happens, so those replays will always be available to you.
What day of the month will by payment be processed?
Your recurring payment date (subscription renewal date) will be based on two factors including the date you create your membership on TheEliteSuite.com and your payment frequency selection.
What are my payment options?
Monthly and Annual Subscription plans are available. All rates are posted in US Dollars. All major credit cards are accepted including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Remember: Cancel anytime by logiinng into your Elite Suite account and cancelling from your account.
How long is the committment?
You can cancel your membership on TheEliteSuite.com at any time. Your access to the site and all related resources will expire at the end of the subscription period you last paid for.
However, an Elite Suite membership is designed to help you achieve results in your overall social marketing strategy, we suggest that the best way to get the most out of the membership is to give yourself a year in the new program and membership format.
What is the difference between Elite Gold & Elite Platinum?
It's all about access! The Elite Suite Platinum plan allows you more access to Brenda Ster and her Suite Team. You'll get additional group Zooms, access to Platinum-only chat groups and an additional Facebook group for Platinum members (plus all the benefits Elite Gold recieves).
This is ideally for anyone who needs the addtional support from the Suite and personalized guidance for all this related to growing your business.
Can I change from a monthly to an annual plan? Or vice versa?
Sure can and you can do it all on your own, by logging in and managing your account under My Subscriptions. Fancy, right?
Will my business partner or spouse be able to access TheEliteSuite.com under my subscription?
We understand many of our members have business partners or are assisted in business by their spouses. However, membership to TheEliteSuite.com is single sign-on only meaning only one person is allowed per subscription. This includes access to TheEliteSuite.com site and Facebook community group.

What is the difference between following The Elite Suite Success Journey recommended order of training and designing my own path?
I am having trouble accessing The Elite Suite on Facebook. What should I do?
If you are an active subscriber to TheEliteSuite.com and are having trouble accessing the Elite Suite Facebook group, please email us at email@example.com or drop us a message via the Contact Us form on this site. Your request to join the group may be denied if your Facebook profile name or the email address submitted with your request does not match our enrollment records. We'll be able to clear this up via email and get you approved into the group right away.
Where do I find the Digital Resources available to me each month under my Elite Suite membership?
Each month, TheEliteSuite.com provides a variety of rotating and evergreen digital assets for member download and use.
Digital assets include a monthly pack of ready-to-use social media graphics and a monthly done-for-you social content calendar. If you are a paid subscriber to TheEliteSuite.com, you can access those on the Elite Suite App in the Resource Library. They will be available for 3 months before being rotated out!
They may not be shared with your peers, downline, customers, or non members of the Elite Suite.
Can I share my membership to TheEliteSuite.com with my business partner, spouse or team member?
We understand many of our members have business partners or are assisted in business by their spouses. However, membership to TheEliteSuite.com is single sign-on only meaning only one person is allowed per subscription. This includes access to TheEliteSuite.com site and Facebook community group. Your business partner may certainly join with their own membership to access all TheEliteSuite.com benefits.
I'd like to share TheEliteSuite.com with my team and friends in direct sales. Do you offer an affiliate program?
We would love for you to share the value of The Elite Suite! We do know however that many direct sales companies do not allow their consultants to profit off of their peers. So, we've developed an affiliate program within The Elite Suite that is points based. Active members can accumulate "Power Points" to earn prizes, swag and even 1/1 coaching opportunities with founder Brenda Ster.
Hold up, wait a minute! There is an Elite Suite App?
- There is! This is an exclusive benefit for Elite Suite members to take Brenda and the Suite on-the-go with you, wherever you are. You will be able to watch masterclasses, watch past lives, download workbooks from masterclasses, chat in groups, see events, and so much more.
Do I need to be a member of the Elite Suite in order to access the app?
Yes, you do! For as long as you are an active Elite Suite member on theEliteSuite.com, you’ll be able to access the app. Once your membership expires, your access to the app will be revoked.
Some special cases do exist - please email us if you are having issues getting logged in.
Where is the app available?
The Elite Suite App will be available on all Apple and Android products, including mobile devices and tablets. Download “The Elite Suite” now through the Apple App Store and on Google Play Store.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You bet! You can change your payment frequency between monthly, semi-annual or annual options depending on what works best for you. To make the switch, please navigate to Manage My Account from the header menu above. Next, click on Subscriptions from the left hand side of your My Account page. Click the button to Update My Subscription Preferences. You will be taken to the Elite Suite product page. Select your new payment terms and click Register Now. Follow the steps to check-out to set your new payment terms. The new payment plan and rate will take effect as of your next payment cycle.
How do I update or change the card I have on file for my subscription payment?
To update the payment method associated with your subscription the TheEliteSuite.com, visit your My Account page here, select SUBSCRIPTIONS from the left hand menu, click the button to VIEW next to the subscription you wish you modify and then click the button to CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD. Input your new card details and then click to save/update.
What happens if my scheduled subscription charge does not go through?
If your scheduled subscription payment does not process successfully for any reason, our system will automatically retry the payment method on file 12 hours after the original attempt.
If the payment does not process successfully on the second attempt, you will receive an email notifying you of the failed attempt with a link to update your payment information and make a manual payment on your account. At this point, your Subscription status will be put on hold and your access to TheEliteSuite.com content will be temporarily blocked until the balance due has been satisfied.
If the balance due has not been satisified manually, payment will be retried a third and final time 24 hours following the last attempt. If payment does not clear on this third attempt and if the balance due on your account has not been paid manually, your membership to TheEliteSuite.com will be considered cancelled and expire.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your subscription renewal date will be updated to correctly reflect the payment frequency associated with your account preferences.
What is the difference between Platinum and Gold Elite Suite?
Outside of cost, Platinum is all about ACCESS to Brenda Ster, her support team, & Janell Connolly, the Suite's Resident Business Coach and Subscription Box Expert. In Platinum, you gain access to everything Elite Gold has AND access to one of the best teams in the direct sales world with an additional Facebook group and resources to scale your business to where you want it to be.

What happens when I cancel my membership to TheEliteSuite.com?
When you cancel your membership to TheEliteSuite.com, your access to all Elite Suite content including Masterclasses, digital assets, forums and other site content will automatically expire on the last day of the subscription period you last paid for. Your Facebook profile will also be removed from any Elite Suite related communities.
If I cancel my membership, can I rejoin later at the same price?
No. Should you cancel your membership but decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to the public join rates at that time.
How do I cancel my membership to TheEliteSuite.com?
You may cancel your subscription to TheEliteSuite.com at any time by visiting the My Account page here, selecting SUBSCRIPTIONS from the left hand menu, then clicking on VIEW next to the subscription you wish you cancel. You can cancel your subscription by clicking the button CANCEL on this page. Your access to TheEliteSuite.com and related resources and community will expire at the end of the billing cycle last paid for.
What is Platinum Elite?
This tier of the Elite Suite is about access to Brenda and our NEW Suite Business Strategist and Coach Janell Connolly.
This is the new level of Elite Suite for the business owner who is serious about pushing forward, but needs clarity and support on specific business actions and strategies. Platinum will be ideal for those at Stage 3+ of the Social Success Journey, who are working on integration and expansion of your social strategy.

I'm logged in, but whenever I visit a certain Masterclass, I get redirected back to the login page again.
The Elite Suite relies on browser and session cookies to help track things like masterclass progress, group notifications, and whether or not you’re logged in. If at any point the site seems to log you out or routes you to the login page, that means the site searched for one such cookie on your browser and couldn’t find it. Trying closing the site, clearing your browser data and cookies, and then opening the site in a fresh window to log in again.

The site isn't displaying / working correctly on mobile
The Elite Suite was built specifically for a desktop/laptop functionality first, so some features may still be buggy if trying to view or use it on mobile. Once the site is complete with all planned functionality, we will begin building an answer to mobile functionality. In the meantime, we recommend that you access the site via a desktop or laptop if you can (and if you can’t, please bear with us patiently as we try to build better mobile access).
SOS! My name and email address are wrong on the app - how can I fix this?
The name and email you used when you signed up for the Elite Suite website will be the name we will have used for the app! You can change your name on the app, but you will not be able to update your email address on the app for your login.
This is not something we can change. If your email address is wrong for the app and it doesn’t bother you, you can continue to use that email to login to the app – we would recommend leaving the password as the generic one we created for you if this is the case.
I no longer have access to the email address I used at the time of my sign up for theEliteSuite and cannot reset my password - SOS! What can I do?

I’m new to the Elite Suite and the app isn’t letting me log in - what’s the dealio?
If you just joined the Elite Suite – WELCOME!
As a new member, your login information is your email address that you used at sign up and the password will be in your first welcome email. It might take a moment for the app to register your new sign up, but you should be able to access the app immediately.
The app isn’t opening when I click on it to open, the screen is just a blank screen - what’s wrong and what can I do?
It might take the app a few moments to open on your device – if it takes more than 30 seconds, close the app out and reopen it again. You may have to uninstall and reinstall the app – that should do the trick!
I'm using Safari on Mac and the videos don't play...
The Elite Suite uses Vimeo to host many of the videos on this site for added security. Safari’s video players aren’t always compatible with the Vimeo videos. Apple Support recommends closing the site, clearing your browsing data, and then reloading the site in a fresh browser window. If that does not work, try visiting the site in another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
What dimensions should I use for the images on my profile?
We recommend compressing your images before trying to upload them to the site and using the best image format for the type of image you want to upload:
- Profile Photo: 800×800, 300KB (1MB max)
- Profile Cover: 800×225, 500KB (1MB max)
Best image formats:
- JPG when you are uploading a photograph, such as a headshot, where the colors are blended together.
- PNG when you are uploading a graphic, such as a logo, where the integrity of the image is determined by sharp lines and contrasting colors (or when you need a transparent background).
I'm trying to upload my profile photo, but the site gives me an error.
To help alleviate some of the burden on our servers, we’ve placed restrictions on member-submitted content, such as image size. For best results, use images that are formatted properly for their type (jpg for photos, png for stark lines) and be sure to compress them before uploading.
I am having other trouble with the site and can't find the answer here...
If you’re having trouble with the site not doing something it was designed to do and can’t find the answer here, go ahead and shoot us an email at email@example.com. It may take us some time to get to the bottom of it, but we will do our best to get you an answer quickly.
I need to update my email address for the Weekly Roundup and for my Elite Suite account AND the app - what's the easiest way to do that?
- You can update your email address at any time by doing these two things:
- At the bottom of any Suite emails, like the Weekly Roundup, you’ll want to click the link at the bottom that says, ‘Update your profile’. From there you’ll be able to update your email address!
- You will be unable to update your email address for the website and the App login once you’ve signed up to the Elite Suite. The email you’ve used is the email you are stuck with.
There was an app update, but I didn't see it - help!
Don’t worry! The app will update automatically for you from the Apple and Google Play Store.
You can find a log of major updates on the app by visiting your side menu (the Suite logo at the top-right) and tapping on “Notifications.” We try to do this at the end of each day, so you may need to close out your app and reboot it to see the new changes!
My eagle eye found a thing that doesn’t work on the app OR I am having a tech issue I need help with - where can I report that?
