I'm new to direct sales and have no idea where to start! Help!
Congratulations on your new business!  It's hard to know where to start.  You may be getting advice from all angles and feeling overwhelmed by trying to do all the things, all at once.

I'm not in direct sales. Is Elite Suite right for me?

I’m considering leaving direct sales and moving toward an independent business. Is TheEliteSuite.com right for me?

My upline and corporate office already provide training. How is TheEliteSuite.com different?

That’s fantastic!  We consider TheEliteSuite.com to be a complement to what is provided by upline and corporate teams.  Our focus is on social marketing, building your business online, and ensuring you always have the latest cutting edge information, resources and tools to find online success.

Are the live training events included in my membership recorded? Will I be able to catch replays?

The monthly Sales Strategy session will be available on TheEliteSuite.com for replay every month, as this is considered a core content offering.  Office Hours are held live and streamed into the Elite Suite Community Facebook group, and are available for replay in the Facebook group.  Lives that are held in the Elite Suite Community Facebook group are available for replay in the Facebook group.  Elite Suite Meet and Greets are live networking sessions, so are not recorded.  The value is in attending live.

I'd like to share TheEliteSuite.com with my team members and friends. Do you offer an affiliate program?

We would love for you to share the value of The Elite Suite!  We do know however that many direct sales companies do not allow their consultants to profit off of their peers.  So, we've developed an affiliate program within The Elite Suite that is points based.  Active members can accumulate "Power Points" to earn prizes, swag and even 1/1 coaching opportunities with founder Brenda Ster.

Tell me about The Elite Suite PowerPoints. How do I earn points and what can I use them for?

We want to keep you motivated to learn and grow and find success through your membership to The Elite Suite so we've gamified your membership! Active members will earn "Power Points" based on their activity around the site, Masterclass progress, new member referrals and more.  As you accumulate "Power Points" you will earn achievement badges and membership ranks!  PLUS, as your "Power Point" balance increases, you will earn prizes, exclusive swag and even 1/1 private coaching opportunities with founder, Brenda Ster.  Booyah!

What are my payment options?

Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual Subscription plans are available.  All rates are posted in US Dollars.  Cancel anytime.  All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

I signed up for an annual or semi-annual membership. When and how will I receive my registration bonus?

Registration bonuses are offered on full price, semi-annual and annual registrations ONLY.  Instructions on how to redeem registration bonuses will be delivered to the recipient via email within five (5) business days of joining The Elite Suite.

Discounted memberships are not eligible for bonuses.  Bonuses can not be transferred, exchanged and do not have cash value.

Do you offer a registration bonus on the monthly membership plan?

At this time, registration bonuses are NOT offered with the purchase of a monthly membership plan.

What day of the month will by payment be processed?

Your recurring payment date (subscription renewal date) will be based on two factors including the date you create your membership on TheEliteSuite.com and your payment frequency selection. 

Can I pay for my membership via PayPal?

PayPal payments are not supported at this time.  All members who join TheEliteSuite.com will be required to pay via credit or debit card.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.  PayPal does offer a no-fee debit card that draws directly off your PayPal balance.

How long is the committment?

You can cancel your membership on TheEliteSuite.com at any time.  Your access to the site and all related resources will expire at the end of the subscription period you last paid for.  

However, an Elite Suite membership is designed to help you achieve results in your overall social marketing strategy, we suggest that the best way to get the most out of the membership is to give yourself a year in the new program and membership format.

Will my business partner or spouse be able to access TheEliteSuite.com under my subscription?
We understand many of our members have business partners or are assisted in business by their spouses. However, membership to TheEliteSuite.com is single sign-on only meaning only one person is allowed per subscription. This includes access to TheEliteSuite.com site and Facebook community group.
What happens when I cancel my membership?

When you cancel your membership to TheEliteSuite.com, your access to all Elite Suite content including Masterclasses, digital assets, forums and other site content will automatically expire on the last day of the subscription period you last paid for. Your Facebook profile will also be removed from any Elite Suite related communities.

If I cancel my membership, can I rejoin later at the same rate?
No. Should you cancel your membership but decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to the public join rates at that time.

What is the difference between following The Elite Suite Success Journey recommended order of training and designing my own path?
If you are new to direct sales are or unsure as to where to start with the training provided to via your Elite Suite membership, we recommend following our trademarked Social Success Journey.  The Social Success Journey was developed to outline the various stages a direct seller progresses through in their business.  Clarity on the success path helps manage and reduce overwhelm, provide a clear set of activities for focus at each stage, and measure success against clear stage milestones.  The Masterclasses included on the Success Journey will set a foundation from which you can build you marketing strategy, based on your individual goals.  To determine where you currently land on the Direct Sales Social Success Journey, complete this personal assessment.
I am having trouble accessing The Elite Suite on Facebook. What should I do?

If you are an active subscriber to TheEliteSuite.com and are having trouble accessing the Elite Suite Facebook group, please email us at hello@sassysuite.com or drop us a message via the Contact Us form on this site.  Your request to join the group may be denied if your Facebook profile name or the email address submitted with your request does not match our enrollment records.  We'll be able to clear this up via email and get you approved into the group right away.

Where do I find the Digital Resources available to me each month under my Elite Suite membership?

Each month, TheEliteSuite.com provides a variety of rotating and evergreen digital assets for member download and use.  Digital assets include a monthly pack of ready-to-use social media graphics and a monthly done-for-you social content calendar.  If you are a paid subscriber to TheEliteSuite.com, you can access those files here.  Please note, graphics packs are available for download for 60-days and the content calendar will be available for download during the corresponding month only, and are only for your personal and business use as a member.  They may not be shared with your peers, downline, customers, or non members of the Elite Suite.   

Can I share my membership to TheEliteSuite.com with my business partner, spouse or team member?

We understand many of our members have business partners or are assisted in business by their spouses. However, membership to TheEliteSuite.com is single sign-on only meaning only one person is allowed per subscription.  This includes access to TheEliteSuite.com site and Facebook community group.  Your business partner may certainly join with their own membership to access all TheEliteSuite.com benefits.

Can I change my subscription plan?

You bet!  You can change your payment frequency between monthly, semi-annual or annual options depending on what works best for you.  To make the switch, please email your request to hello@sassysuite.com.  Be sure to reference the email address associated with your subscription, your current payment frequency and the new plan you wish to switch to.  Once the change is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming the change.  The new payment plan and rate will take effect as of your next payment cycle.

How do I update or change the card I have on file for my subscription payment?

To update the payment method associated with your subscription the TheEliteSuite.com, visit your My Account page here, select SUBSCRIPTIONS  from the left hand menu, click the button to VIEW next to the subscription you wish you modify and then click the button to CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD.  Input your new card details and then click to save/update.

What happens if my scheduled subscription charge does not go through?

If your scheduled subscription payment does not process successfully for any reason, our system will automatically retry the payment method on file 12 hours after the original attempt. 

If the payment does not process successfully on the second attempt, you will receive an email notifying you of the failed attempt with a link to update your payment information and make a manual payment on your account.  At this point, your Subscription status will be put on hold and your access to TheEliteSuite.com content will be temporarily blocked until the balance due has been satisfied. 

If the balance due has not been satisified manually, payment will be retried a third and final time 24 hours following the last attempt.  If payment does not clear on this third attempt and if the balance due on your account has not been paid manually, your membership to TheEliteSuite.com will be considered cancelled and expire.  

Once payment has been successfully processed, your subscription renewal date will be updated to correctly reflect the payment frequency associated with your account preferences.

What happens when I cancel my membership to TheEliteSuite.com?

When you cancel your membership to TheEliteSuite.com, your access to all Elite Suite content including Masterclasses, digital assets, forums and other site content will automatically expire on the last day of the subscription period you last paid for.  Your Facebook profile will also be removed from any Elite Suite related communities.

You may cancel your subscription to TheEliteSuite.com at any time by visiting the My Account page here, selecting SUBSCRIPTIONS from the left hand menu, then clicking on VIEW next to the subscription you wish you cancel.  You can cancel your subscription by clicking the button CANCEL on this page.  Your access to TheEliteSuite.com and related resources and community will expire at the end of the billing cycle last paid for.

Troubleshooting

I'm logged in, but whenever I visit a certain Masterclass, I get redirected back to the login page again.

The Elite Suite relies on browser and session cookies to help track things like masterclass progress, group notifications, and whether or not you’re logged in. If at any point the site seems to log you out or routes you to the login page, that means the site searched for one such cookie on your browser and couldn’t find it. Trying closing the site, clearing your browser data and cookies, and then opening the site in a fresh window to log in again.

I'm logged in, but when I try to click on a members-only page the site takes me back to the login screen.

Similar to the Masterclass access answer, this means there is something keeping the site from seeing the expected cookie when it’s checking to see if you are logged in and have access to a particular page. I'm logged in, but when I click to go to my dashboard the site takes me back to the login screen and asks me to log in again in a continuous loop.

The site isn't displaying / working correctly on mobile

The Elite Suite was built specifically for a desktop/laptop functionality first, so some features may still be buggy if trying to view or use it on mobile. Once the site is complete with all planned functionality, we will begin building an answer to mobile functionality. In the meantime, we recommend that you access the site via a desktop or laptop if you can (and if you can’t, please bear with us patiently as we try to build better mobile access).

I'm using Safari on Mac and the videos don't play...

The Elite Suite uses Vimeo to host many of the videos on this site for added security. Safari’s video players aren’t always compatible with the Vimeo videos. Apple Support recommends closing the site, clearing your browsing data, and then reloading the site in a fresh browser window. If that does not work, try visiting the site in another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

What dimensions should I use for the images on my profile?

We recommend compressing your images before trying to upload them to the site and using the best image format for the type of image you want to upload:

Recommended sizes:

  • Profile Photo: 800×800, 300KB
  • Profile Cover: 800×225, 500KB

Best image formats:

  • JPG when you are uploading a photograph, such as a headshot, where the colors are blended together.
  • PNG when you are uploading a graphic, such as a logo, where the integrity of the image is determined by sharp lines and contrasting colors (or when you need a transparent background).
I'm trying to upload my profile photo, but the site gives me an error.

To help alleviate some of the burden on our servers, we’ve placed restrictions on member-submitted content, such as image size. For best results, use images that are formatted properly for their type (jpg for photos, png for stark lines) and be sure to compress them before uploading. 

I am having other trouble with the site and can't find the answer here...
